services in geo-environmental sciences and related
technologies. Our five businesses based at 16
offices and laboratories throughout the UK and
Eire are always looking to recruit suitably qualified,
experienced, motivated and committed staff to
join our teams.
Ongoing Vacancies
Graduates
ESGL provides an exciting
and challenging opportunity for graduate Scientists,
Geologists and Engineers. Opportunities exist
for careers in
site investigation, survey and geotechnical testing;
chemical analytical testing of materials and products;
asbestos survey and advisory; and, geo-environmental
design and consultancy.
A career with ESGL will
establish a detailed background in exploration,
survey and testing techniques as well as being
an excellent grounding in contract and personnel
management.
ESGL accept gap year students,
industrial placements, graduates and those with
experience who can all expect a challenging position
with a company which relies on personal responsibility
and drive to carry out their own duties and motivate
those under supervision.
In addition to the appropriate technical qualifications
or experience the most successful candidates are
those who are resourceful, dependable and adaptable
to a varied and interesting industry.
Laboratory Technicians
Full or part time staff are regularly required
for our soils laboratories in Armadale, Chester,
Doncaster, Leamington Bridgend and Dorchester.
Experience in testing to BS1377and BS 812 would
be an asset. However training will be given to
the appropriate candidates.
Drillers and Site
Operatives
Cable tool and rotary drillers as well as general
labourers willing to travel throughout the UK
and Ireland are regularly required. Training will
be given to the appropriate candidates.
