ESGL joins the Inspicio Group
We are pleased to announce that with effect from 1st May 2006 we will be joining the Inspicio group.
Inspicio plc is an AIM listed company providing inspection, testing and assay services on a global basis with 4,000 staff and 94 laboratories operating in 125 countries.
We will continue to trade as Environmental Services Group Ltd (ESGL) an Inspicio plc business, maintaining our existing brand names such as Soil Mechanics, TES Bretby, ECS, CL Voelcker and BES and delivering our full compliment of services.
Our sale to Inspicio plc will give ESGL access to infrastructure, support and the investment required to achieve our aspirations for growth and global expansion.
